Ayurvedic Massage, Tibetan Bowls, and Gong

This therapeutic experience begins with an Ayurvedic massage using warm oils, an ancient technique that nourishes the skin, deeply relaxes the body, and harmonizes the energy system. The heat from the natural oils helps release muscle tension, stimulate circulation, eliminate toxins, and balance the doshas (vital energies according to the Ayurvedic tradition). This massage provides vitality, physical well-being, and mental serenity.

After preparing the body with the massage, Tibetan singing bowls are placed on the body, allowing their vibrations to penetrate the tissues and act on the nervous system, reducing anxiety, insomnia, and stress. It is also beneficial for joint pain (such as carpal tunnel syndrome) and for supporting cancer patients in their process of emotional and physical healing.

The session ends with the enveloping sound of the gong, which expands the vibration at a cellular level and enhances the experience of relaxation, balance, and inner connection.

In the sound journey we will blend the didgeridoo, shamanic drums, crystal bowls, hangdrum, Indian bansuris, native flutes, and ambient percussion. Through their vibrations and frequencies, they will transport you on an inner journey that invites you to pause and connect with yourself.

The sound OM, creator of the Universe, manifests in all its splendor with each strike of the mallet on the surface of the gong. This produces tones and harmonics that envelop the bodies and souls of those who are willing to feel them. Its vibration reaches every cell of the body, transporting you to a state of deep consciousness and meditation.

We are only the mallet that strikes the gongs, and each of them provides, by itself, the balance, harmony, and relaxation where the natural healing of the body, soul, and mind can occur.
